Några YA-nyheter

Sommaren är i full gång, och varje vecka släpps det ett flertal böcker på både YA och vuxen-fronten. 

Medan jag har varit bortrest har dessa (nedanstående) böcker/noveller utkommit, och jag är riktigt spänd på att läsa alla. De verkar så bra! 

Landline är Rainbow Rowells fjärde bok. Hennes tidigare böcker - Attachments, Fangirl och Eleanor & Park har alla varit ungdomsböcker, och Landline är Rowells första vuxenbok.

Georgie McCool knows her marriage is in trouble. That it’s been in trouble for a long time. She still loves her husband, Neal, and Neal still loves her, deeply — but that almost seems besides the point now.
Maybe that was always besides the point.
Two days before they’re supposed to visit Neal’s family in Omaha for Christmas, Georgie tells Neal that she can’t go. She’s a TV writer, and something’s come up on her show; she has to stay in Los Angeles. Jag har läst Fangirl och Eleanor & Park tidigare, och uppskattade de mycket - förhoppningsvis bjuder även Landline på fin läsning!

Four; a divergent story collection består av fyra fristående noveller berättade ur Fours perspektiv.
Den första novellen, The transfer, tar plats när 16-åriga Tobias gången byter falang från De osjälviska till De tappra. Resterande noveller utspelar sig under en två-årsperiod, fram tills den dag Tris först kommer till De tappra, och vidare.

Two years before Beatrice Prior makes her choice, the sixteen-year-old son of Abnegation's faction leader does the same. Tobias's transfer to Dauntless is his chance to begin again. Newly renamed 'Four' he discovers that initiation is only the beginning...

 Divergent-serien tillhör några utav mina absoluta favoriter, och jag älskar böckerna om Tris och Tobias. Att det därför har släppts en novellsamling med fyra berättelser ur Tobias perspektiv är så roligt, och jag ser riktigt fram emot att få läsa de!

 Sinner är en fristående novell till den bästsäljande serien om Mercy Falls-vargarna, och böckerna Frost, Linger och Forever. Novellen är bok 3.5 i serien, och berättas ur Cole st. Clairs perspektiv.

Det var länge sedan jag läste ut Frost-serien - den tillhörde en utav mina favorit för några år sedan - och trots att jag inte minns allt vad böckerna handlade om, var de riktigt bra. Därför vill jag gärna läsa Sinner, och att döma av beskrivningen låter den både spännande och bra!
